Raymond Buhay, a career bartender, was tired of the bar atmosphere. He’d already spent years working nights and weekends. He wanted a reliable new career offering a steady, family-friendly schedule and advancement opportunities.
To find his new career, Raymond enrolled in the HVAC program at Austin Community College. After a BTF presentation, he registered on BTF’s career platform, JobsToBuild.com, and found an opportunity with HOUK Air Conditioning.
Raymond found a permanent career within the residential construction industry with a higher income and room to grow, allowing him to spend more time with his family.
